Spreadsheets, Gut Checks, and Growth: A Day in the Studio

People think strategy is stiff. That it lives in giant binders and Google Sheets. But in our studio, strategy lives beside sketches and half-finished lattes. It looks like sticky notes and dog hair and dashboards with context. My huskies roam between Zoom calls, and my hands go from analytics to Adobe in the same breath. Growth isn’t a formula — it’s a rhythm. And we help brands find theirs.

Our days blend structure and surprise. Some mornings it’s spreadsheets, some it’s sketching out a campaign while drinking coffee on the porch. We believe that mixing real life with creative process is a strength, not a flaw. It's how we stay grounded and inspired. Our clients don’t get generic deliverables — they get solutions shaped by lived experience, insight, and intentional design.

Creativity and clarity aren’t opposites. They coexist in every decision we make. We work with data, but we also work from intuition — sometimes shaped by an early morning walk with the dogs, sometimes sparked mid-conversation with a client. That’s what makes our process alive. And that’s why it works.
